Referral Agent

Description

We are currently expanding our network of Independent Associates and are seeking experienced professionals to refer potential clients for our proprietary financial products which allow our clients to defer or offset up to 100% of taxes on revenue generated from capital invested in a real estate or energy project.


Responsibilities: This is not a sales position. Referral Agents do not perform duties or function in that role. A Referral Agent's primary responsibility is to refer qualified prospects from their client base, network, or sphere of influence according to established criteria. We employ licensed financial services professionals who work directly with potential clients. 


Qualifications: Prospective agents must have a current client base or active network in which prospects are HNWI, middle market entities, or institutions.


Compensation: Referral Agents are paid a minimum Success Fee of $15,000 per each qualified prospect who opens and funds a new account. 


Referral Agents are contracted as Independent Associates with referral compensation written in the contract and are paid promptly at the completion of each deal. The sales cycle depends on your individual prospects. Clients can open/fund an account the same day. Or it may take several days for new clients to access or transfer funds required to open an account. The average cycle from initial introduction to funded account (from a warm referral) is 4 to 6 days. Referral Agents are paid within 48 hours.


Referral Agents receive an Associate Number, access to CRM for real-time tracking of their referrals, and a dedicated referral page to submit your qualified prospects which uploads all information directly to CRM and linked to your Associate Number. Our dedicated support staff manages processing and inquiries. 

Important Note: The opportunity and compensation being offered is specifically designed for referrals from an established or warm market. Qualifying referrals are typically from the client base, active network, or current market of a business professional; or personal relationships of an individual.
