Independent Broker/Partner

ECPAG is currently expanding our network of brokers & partners and are seeking experienced business professionals to offer our proprietary financial products to emerging businesses and growth-minded investors.

We are specifically seeking professionals who have experience as brokers, agency owners, or have worked in a capacity or environment in which you previously maintained your own book of business, client base, or inventory and understand the responsibilities involved in managing such an enterprise.

This is a lucrative opportunity for qualified professionals with high-level consultative sales or business experience in which compensation typically ranges from Five (5) figures to Six (6) figures -  Per Transaction.

As an Independent Broker or Partner, you will be working with business owners, private investors, and middle market corporations. You can operate your brokerage as a single entity writing business on your own -or- build a team of associates/agents who operate under your company umbrella.

As a company of producers, we utilize a variety of platforms and resources powered by our own proprietary Generative A.I. technology to develop fully qualified, real-time, prospects to support the efforts of our brokers & associates.

Sign-On Bonus

Brokers/Partners who achieve standard production from within their own client base verified during initial onboarding process will receive a signing bonus of $25,000 in addition to commissions & bonuses earned during retention period.  

Fast Start Bonus

Brokers/Partners who achieve benchmark production within specified qualifying period will receive a bonus of $50,000 in addition to commissions and bonuses earned.

Note: Requirements for Production, Retention, and Qualifying Period are established and written into broker contract during onboarding process.
