Capital Raise Specialist

If you have high-level consultative experience offering private placement opportunities to high-net-worth investors and sourcing finance opportunities with commercial enterprises, we would like to speak with you.

This is a telecommute (remote) long-term contract position in which representative will be working from their home office utilizing business communications and software provided by company. Performance will be reviewed at the end of first year to determine eligibility and parameters for extension of contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified candidates for this position will be responsible for originating and closing transactions for private placement offerings and corporate financing projects utilizing various sourcing methods including their own client base or existing network and supplemented with company resources provided by our proprietary sourcing platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Potential candidates must have verifiable experience working directly with accredited and institutional investors and sourcing financial opportunities with corporate entities. Qualified candidates must have a client base, existing network, or currently active market of HNWI, accredited or institutional investors

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary: $125,000 Per Year

Pay Period: Semi-Monthly, 5th & 20th

Monthly Bonus: Paid in addition to base salary on 15th of each month. Calculated based on percentage of capital raised during qualifying period. 

Note: Starting base salary is set at maximum of $125,000 for qualified candidates based on verifiable production volume (T-12 or T-24) from current client base or existing network. Base salary amount is established during onboarding, included in employment contract, and not related to sales volume.

Fast Start Bonus: CR Specialists who achieve benchmark production within first 30 Days will receive a bonus of $25,000 in addition to base salary and monthly bonus. CR Specialists who achieve benchmark production within first 60 days will receive a bonus of $50,000 in addition to 30-day bonus, base salary, and monthly bonus earned during qualifying period.

*Production benchmarks for Fast Start Bonus are determined based on projected performance of each CR Specialist calculated from T-12 or T-24 volume of  previous capital raise projects.
